Robert was born in outside of Chicago before relocating to South Florida in high school.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Robert spent 20 years as a financial analyst working with traders, clearing houses and investment houses.  He appeared regularly as a guest analyst on Bloomberg News until late 2005.  In January of 2006, Robert moved back to South Florida and took the steps necessary to return to graduate school. Robert is a four-time University of Florida Gator, and graduated with a Bachelor in English in 1990, a Masters in Finance in 2010, a Juris Doctorate in 2011, and a Masters of Tax Law from the esteemed University of Florida Graduate Tax Program in 2012.  During law school, Robert interned with Honorable Judge Patti E. Henning, assisted former Speaker of the House and Director for the Center for Governmental Responsibility Jon Mills and served as an editor for the Florida Journal of International Law.  Following graduation, Robert opened his law practice in Coconut Creek, Florida in early 2013.  Robert’s extensive financial and tax background and real-world experience have provided him with invaluable insight when representing clients in all matters.

Robert believes that, in life, to get the best results, you must do right things for the right reasons.  This philosophy permeates his practice of law.  Robert grew up the son of an Army Sergeant and veteran of World War II.  He was taught as a young man the meaning of community service, hard work and discipline. He empathizes with health care providers and understands the difficulties in trying to maintain low overhead while operating properly under the Florida and Federal regulatory systems. The firm takes only a limited number of health care professional cases at a time, allowing Robert to give each client’s matter the time and attention needed to achieve optimal resolutions.

Robert current practice concentrates on estate & trust planning, elder planning, business planning, civil litigation, probate, administrative hearings and proceedings, tax related issues, health care law and personal injury. Robert regularly provides General Counsel Services to individuals and business organizations.
